We sell and ship worldwide. We carry both USA Digi Products, as well as, International Digi Products.We accept most credit cards, such as, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
We also accept Cash (in person), COD, prepayments, US Postal Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, checks, and wire transfers (customer is responsible for fees).
We do NOT offer terms.
Appropriate sales tax will be added to any orders shipped to a New York State address. We do not charge sales tax to any other state or country.
We accept NY State Resale Certificates from bonafide companies. We can provide your company with this certificate if requested.
We will ship to almost any International country that we are legally allow to ship to.
We do not sell to the following countries: Iran, North Korea, Nigeria, Libya, Serbia, Sudan, and Cuba
On International orders, the customer is responsible for any shipping cost, NAFTA fees, and taxes applicable to that country.
The customer is responsible for any and all cost associated with refused shipments.
We can ship UPS and US Mail.
We can dropship your packages blind if requested.

Our official hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). BUT, we often have someone in our office prior to opening and after closing. In most cases we can do same day shipping.Payment Terms
We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, VISA, Prepayment, COD, and wire transfer (customer is responsible for wire transfer fees). We also accept International orders. We also accept credit cards from Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and most European countries. Other countries are required to pay by wire transfer. All credit card transactions are subject to a security check.
To protect our customers, our company does a very detailed background check of each and every credit card order. If you are in possession of a stolen credit card, and plan on using it on our site, you need to beware of the great lengths our company will go to have you incarcerated in jail. We routinely cooperate with the FBI and other law enforcement agencies in hunting down people who commit fraud with innocent peoples credit cards. We are also a member of the organization "Merchant 911", who primary purpose is to inform other members around the world of fraudulent scams, and report stolen credit cards.Shipping
All orders will have the shipping and handling charges added to the order. Our customers are charged the actual shipping fees. In some cases we have to estimate the shipping cost, so the actual shipping cost may vary slightly. Most of our orders are shipped UPS or by US Mail. We usually ship order in the United States and Canada by UPS. To reduce shipping cost mail works well for International order. Mail does take longer for International orders. In most cases we try to ship orders the same day.Returns
We do offer a 30 day guarantee for all Digi Products. All Digi returns are subject to testing prior to a refund. For all other products we do NOT allow returns.
From time-to-time we have a manufacture that has a "Try-and-Buy" policy or other return policies. The terms and conditions of the manufactures return policy are dependent upon the manufacture. Under no circumstances will our company offer additional terms to the manufacturers policy. When "Try-and-Buy" offers are introduced by the manufacture and have not been terminated prior to requesting a return, our company will honor those returns with an RMA number. In the "Try-and-Buy", the product will be returned to the manufacture for testing, and only after the manufacture issues our company a credit memo, will we credit your credit card. In most cases it can take 30 days or more from the time we receive the product back before your card will be credited. Digi products are part of the Try-and-Buy policy.
From time-to-time our company does make exceptions to rule of no returns. When this does occur, it is usually for an exchange, and the returned items has NOT been opened, and is returned in perfect sellable condition. In all cases you must obtain an RMA number from our company prior to returning it to our company. If our company does provide you with an RMA number, our company reserves the right to inspect the product prior to issuing a credit. If the product is damaged, then you will not receive a credit. Our company reserves the right to a testing, repackaging, or restocking fee.
Under all circumstances, we will not refund the shipping cost, and wire transfer fees.Defective Return Policy
Privacy Statement: It is our policy that any information about you and your company will not be sold to third party companies. Nor, will Softek provide any information to any party without permission from you or your company. Softek does not track information about visitors to our site. You are free to cruise our site without our knowledge.
We allow returns for any defective products that are within the manufacturers warranty period, or 30 days from date of purchase, which ever is shorter (subject to the following limits). Past 30 days, Softek will assist the customer in obtaining warranty work with the manufacture. Please call for a RMA first. Subject to inspection. Electronic products damaged by improper installation may not be accepted for exchange or refund. Customer may be responsible for freight for repair.Legal Statement: Softek will (and has in the past) protect it's copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets in Federal Court against any individual and/or corporation who infringes upon Softek's property. Softek would strongly recommend that you obtain written permission prior to to using any copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret.
